Kathleen Anderson, Rights and Permissions/Awards Manager.  Kathleen represents your book to film/TV agents and to publishers for foreign-language translation, plus reprint rights to your book if you do not have an agent.  She also manages permissions requests and submits your book to appropriate award competitions.

Lynda Schuh, Sales Manager.  Lynda handles all aspects of sales for your book.  She manages our domestic sales rep groups and international distributors. She works with independent bookstores and national accounts like Barnes & Noble, Borders, Ingram, Baker & Taylor, and Amazon.com.  Lynda also negotiates special sales of bulk quantities to groups and organizations and manages our inventory. lschuh@uillinois.edu (217/333-9071)

Margo Chaney, Exhibits Manager.  If you are going to a meeting and you want your book there, contact Margo.  She manages our book exhibits at approximately 30 academic conferences and trade shows each year.

TBD, Publicity Manager.  The Publicity Manager oversees the publicity efforts for your book including creating and sending press releases, review copies, and advance galleys, and setting up interviews with print and electronic media.  He or she calls on major national media, and also meets with members of the press at Book Expo America, the annual publishing trade show held in late spring.  This person provides support for book signings and other author events and administers the Press blog, Facebook page and Twitter account.

Roberta Sparenberg, Sales and Marketing Assistant.  Contact Roberta with questions pertaining to your marketing questionnaire, the online form that each new author is asked to fill out in advance of publication.  We use the marketing questionnaire to plan our promotional strategy for your book.
