Published since 1978 by the Northwestern University School of Law, the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business (NJILB) has been dedicated to the analysis of transnational legal issues as they affect the private sector. NJILB aims to serve as an educational tool for international scholars and practitioners by promoting a greater understanding of the course of private international legal developments. In addition to publishing traditional scholarly articles, the Journal also presents symposia, comments, and case notes focusing on the law affecting international business and commerce.
