Note: EBSCO Information Services has refused to accept our 5% agency discount and has suspended its publisher services to UIP. As such, EBSCO does not receive an agency discount. We are dedicated to pricing our serials titles reasonably and we refused to increase our agency discount, which would have meant significant increases to the institutional rates for our journals.
