Since its initial publication, Michael Hicks‘s book The Mormon Tabernacle Choir: A Biography has attracted raves for telling the fascinating inside story of the beloved American institution.

We are pleased to announce that Michael’s peers agree with public opinion. His book just received Honorable Mention for Best Biography by the Mormon History Association. Awards were announced at the annual meeting of the association Friday, June 10, 2016, in Snowbird, Utah. Our congratulations to Michael on this much-deserved honor.
