If you stand in the UIP parking lot and face northwest, the first thing you are likely to see, there beyond the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad tracks, is the latest graffiti creations on the back of the Verizon Wireless store, and early spring is always a good time to find new work. These can’t be seen from the street or sidewalk; the taggers are doing this just for the Amtrak passengers.
