How did I get the University of Pittsburgh as the winner in my NCAA bracket? I just followed the matchups, I guess. At least I picked the Illini to beat Western Kentucky tonight. There seems to be more parity at the top of college basketball this year, yet my final four consists of three 2 seeds and a 1 seed.  As a warm up to this weekend’s events, I enjoyed Slate‘s Teams We Hate feature.  My friendship with ‘Cuse-fan-John notwithstanding, I have to agree with Slate‘s pick at #4. That dude is annoying. Oh, and that glassy look I’ll have later this afternoon? It really will be from working on review copy lists, NOT some webstream at CBS Sports.
