This morning’s Providence Journal reports that University of Illinois Press poet Michael S. Harper has been awarded the Frost Medal.  Harper’s many books include, Dear John, Dear Coltrane, Songlines in Michaeltree: New and Collected Poems, and the forthcoming collection, Use Trouble.
