Where would we be without IT? I’ll admit to remembering a time Before IT, when youngsters armed with English degrees (ahem) were allowed to scamper in on Saturdays to run the backup tape for the Mac system.  Tra la la.

Times have changed (among other things, I’m forced to use a PC now–gah), and most of us who have any sense of the real understand that without the infinitely patient folks who keep our systems and stations humming along, we’d be nothing.

Still, IT’s not all cupcakes and digital dreaming. Sometimes it’s downright dirty.
